Reid Wittliff is the former founding Division Chief of the Internet Bureau Division (now Cyber Crimes Unit) of the Texas Attorney General's Office where he led a team of police officers and prosecutors whose mission was to combat cyber crime across the State of Texas. Before that, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney in Dallas, Texas and was responsible for investigating and prosecuting all forms of federal cyber crimes. More about Reid’s credentials.

Roy Rector is a full time detective assigned to Computer Forensics Unit of a major metropolitan police department. In this capacity, Roy has searched and seized hundreds of computers and other forms of digital media and analyzed terabytes of data to identify evidence relevant to myriad criminal investigations. Rick Andrews is a former Texas Department of Public Safety Sergeant who spent over fifteen years serving in DPS' Special Crimes Unit. Rick was one of the first Texas DPS officers to receive specialized computer forensics training and he spent over ten years of his law enforcement career focusing exclusively on cyber crimes and computer forensics investigations.
